Zappoff.com Terms and conditions
Agreement between user and Zappoff.com
This site, and each of its applications, together with the arrangement and compilation of the content found on this site, is the copyrighted property of Zappoff.com ("Zappoff.com" or "we"). This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the products and services available through this site ("site"). This web site is offered to eligible users ("Users" or "you"), conditioned on acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Please read all of this agreement carefully before submitting an account registration. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
Zappoff.com may at any time modify these terms and conditions by posting the amended terms on this Site. Your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

General terms and conditions

Eligibility
1.1 This site is for the exclusive use of Airline employees (including airline retirees). Users must be in possession of a valid airline employee number and a valid airline employee picture I.D, in order to submit an account registration.
1.2 This site is NOT offered to travel agents, tour operators, vendor handling agents and travel industry suppliers.

Free Membership
The use of this site is FREE OF CHARGE. Zappoff.com believes in creating a free Interline travel portal for airline employees, all over the world.
Account submitted for the First time will be valid for one year, and will renew automatically each following year FREE OF CHARGE.

Termination of membership
You can terminate your Membership at any time by notifying us at service@zappoff.com. Your Account will be de-activated within 72 hours after the termination request has been received by us.
Personal details of deleted accounts will be erased from our database. Should you wish to resume the use of our site, you will be required to submit a new account registration.

Copyright notice
4.1 You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, video, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Zappoff.com and/or its third-party providers including, without limitation, hotels, rental car companies and other travel suppliers that provide travel or other services through this Site ("Providers"). You may view, download, copy and print limited copies of material and graphics from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights of Zappoff.com. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

General limitation of liability and warranty disclaimer
5.1 In no event shall Zappoff.com, including its respective directors, employees and representative (collectively, the "covered parties"), be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident ,delay or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise which arise out of or are in any way connected with any use of this site or with any delay or inability to use this site, or for any information, software, products or services obtained through this site, even if a covered party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.2 This site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and all of the information on this site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. While Zappoff.com will use its good faith efforts to respond to Requests within the time periods indicated on this Site, no guarantee is made that the status of your Request will be made available to you within the stated processing time. None of the Covered Parties is responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a Request including, without limitation, error or delays in responding to a Request caused by an incorrect e-mail address or other data provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control.

Travel services

General notice
Zappoff.com website is an interline travel portal for airline employees, all over the world, offering a variety of services which may be discounted and therefore protected by a set of rules and conditions. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of bookings or purchases imposed by Zappoff.com or by any of its Travel Suppliers, including, but not limited to, presenting your airline picture I.D. when requested, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such Travel Supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase(s), in your being denied access to any hotels, or automobiles and in Zappoff.com debiting your account for any costs Zappoff.com incurs as a result of such violation.

Hotel Booking Regulations
Zappoff.com members are eligible for Travel industry rates/ Airline employee rates, offered by participating hotels. Such rates are subject to availability and to the following terms and conditions:
- Airline employee ID must be quoted at the time of booking and the ID must be presented at check in.
- Maximum of 1 room per employee per stay. Some hotels may allow you to book a second room for family members, travelling with you. If a second room is required, please contact us and we will check with the hotel.
- Unless otherwise specified, rooms will accommodate up to 2 adults.
- The Airline employee must be staying in the room.
- Unless otherwise specified, rates are excluding breakfast.
- Travel Industry Rates are not eligible for frequent guest/ frequent traveler points or other discounts and incentives.
- Travel industry rates are only offered for leisure based stays. Booking travel Industry Rates while travelling on company business is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Rates display
All rates displayed on this site are per room per night in Euro currency. This rate may change slightly, depending on actual exchanged rates, when staying in non-Euro locations.
In the event that there are no Travel industry rates / Airline employee rates available to meet your search criteria, Zappoff.com will display the best available rates. These rates are available to the general public and are NOT governed by the rules specified in paragraph 2.1
2.3 Total charges display
The total charge for the room including applicable taxes (if taxes provided to us by the hotel) will be disclosed to you before you finalize your request. The total rate does NOT include, without limitation, parking fees, phone calls, room service, pay TV, in-room internet services or any other incidental fees that you may incur during your stay.
2.4 Cancellations and delayed arrivals
We understand that many airline employees are travelling on STAND-BY basis and therefore strive to offer you fares with a flexible cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel your reservation by 4 PM day of arrival (Hotel time). Some hotels may impose a more strict cancellation policy requiring you to cancel at least one or two days in advance.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is displayed on the booking confirmation page and in confirmation letter e-mailed to you. Failure to do so will mostly result in a one night charge to your credit card.
If you know you are going to be delayed, you should contact the hotel to let them know. If you fail to check in to your hotel on the day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel, the remaining portion of your reservation will be cancelled and you might be charged a one night stay.
Rates marked as non-cancellable and/ or non-refundable and/or non-changeable are NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation/ No show.
2.5 Special requests
Requests for bed types (King, Queen, 2 Doubles, etc.) or other special needs (wheelchair accessible room, preferences for smoking or non-smoking rooms) should be requested through your confirmed hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Rental Car Service Restrictions
Zappoff.com car hire service is offered through IAN.COM. By making a car hire booking, you agree to the terms and conditions set by IAN.COM.
4. Discount coupons for city attractions
Ready-to-download discount coupons for city attractions are offered to you under the following terms and conditions:
- The nature and expiry date of each coupon and other specific conditions will be printed on the coupon. Coupons may NOT be used beyond the printed expiry date.
- Coupons are non-transferable and may not be given or sold by you to anyone.
- You must present your airline employee ID together with the printed coupon, in order to receive the discount offered.
- Zappoff.com or its discounts providers may discontinue ANY OFFER at ANY TIME without further notice to you.
- Coupons printed from this site have no cash value and can not be combined with any other offers.
- Zappoff.com reserves the right to limit the number of coupons available through this site at own judgement.
- Zappoff.com shall not be responsible for any extra charges you may incur as a result of non compliance with the terms and conditions set by the provider, or from misinterpretation of the offer.
5. Web- Shop
The Zappoff.com web shop is currently in-active and will open in the near future. The terms and conditions for purchases through Zappoff.com web shop will be posted here prior to the web shop opening.
